We are partnering with a well-established Life Insurance provider to appoint an experienced Risk Management and Distribution Governance professional to join the team. Your new role

• Design and implement business quality and governance frameworks across distribution channels
• Drive initiatives that enhance sales quality, customer outcomes and operational effectiveness
• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify key risk areas and develop appropriate control measures
• Conduct regular risk assessments and monitor key governance indicators
• Support intermediary onboarding, review processes and ongoing oversight activities
• Provide recommendations to strengthen distribution practices and business controls
• Assist in regulatory, compliance and internal review exercises
• Promote a strong culture of accountability and governance across the business
• Participate in strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ Years of experience in Risk Management, Governance or Internal Control
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance Distribution and Operations
• Solid communication skills in Cantonese and English
• Able to manage senior stakeholders and build strong working relationships
