Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor on compliance and regulatory matters across the business.
Monitor compliance with applicable Swiss regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Conduct compliance reviews, controls, and monitoring activities.
Analyse client relationships and transactions, carrying out enhanced due diligence where required.
Support the development and enhancement of compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.
Deliver guidance and training to stakeholders on compliance-related topics.
Assist with the implementation of regulatory changes and internal governance initiatives.
Contribute to process improvements and compliance-related technology projects.

Requirements

University degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5-7 years' experience within Compliance in a banking environment.
Experience gained within Private Banking, Wealth Management, or a similar financial services setting.
Strong understanding of Swiss regulatory requirements, AML, KYC, and Financial Crime frameworks.
Experience conducting due diligence reviews, compliance assessments, and regulatory monitoring.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in Spanish is required.
Professional proficiency in German and English is highly desirable.
