Change Manager

Introduction
Our client is a globally recognised engineering and consultancy, operating at the heart of some of the UK's most sensitive and complex government programmes.
They're looking for an experienced Change Manager to join a talented, multidisciplinary group of consultants tackling real transformation challenges for high-profile clients.
You'll need a solid track record of delivering change in complex or secure digital environments, including Change Impact Assessments, TNA, stakeholder engagement plans and end-to-end communications delivery.
Working Patterns and location - Hybrid - 3-4 days on site per week, more in busy time periods.
Key responsibilities
• Lead the design and delivery of change activities to support client transformation programmes for secure government clients.
• Shape change strategies and assess impacts across complex, secure environments.
• Plan and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, acting as a trusted adviser.
• Produce high-quality change artefacts, documentation and evidence-based recommendations.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies to support structured, on-time delivery.
• Lead workshops and facilitation sessions with stakeholders across all levels.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver clear, people-centred change outcomes.
• Drive change adoption through structured communication and engagement planning.
Skills & experience
• Proven experience delivering change initiatives within secure environments.
• Hands-on experience delivering Change Impact Assessments and Training Needs Analysis.
• Ability to design and implement change strategies, plans and communications end-to-end.
• Confidence advising clients, shaping recommendations and presenting insights clearly.
• Experience working across both structured and agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong facilitation skills - able to run workshops and engagement sessions independently.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, high-quality deliverables.
