An opportunity has become available for an experienced Practice Operations Manager to join a professional services organisation in Sydney.
This position offers a broad operational remit, supporting leadership with the day-to-day management of business operations, administration, client service processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your new role
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the business. You will oversee administrative functions, support operational projects, maintain high service standards and contribute to business efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily business operations and administration
- Supporting leadership with operational and strategic initiatives
- Managing client administration and workflow coordination
- Maintaining systems, records and business documentation
- Supporting billing, reporting and operational processes
- Coordinating internal stakeholders and external service providers
- Reviewing and improving business procedures and workflows
- Assisting with onboarding and team support activities
- Providing general operational support across the business
You are an experienced operations, office management or practice support professional with a strong background in professional services environments.
You bring:
- Knowledge of FYI, XPM, ASIC and/or Now Infinity
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
