Job Description
Business Development
- Conduct outreach tovariousstakeholdersundertheguidanceanddirectionoftheAPAC Managing Director.
- B2B Clients - Prepare proposals, conduct demonstrations, follow up with clients, and draft agreements for leadership review/approval. Support all aspects of the company's B2B strategy, including driving registrations and identifying sponsorship opportunities.
- B2C Prospective Candidates - Drive and organize events for professionals, invite speakers and moderators, and collaborate with the Associate Director of Marketing, Academic Partnerships, and Chapter Relations to grow the prospect pipeline.
- Other Key Stakeholders - Engage with top employers, regulators, headhunters, industry associations, and prep-providers to enhance the organization's visibility and influence in the APAC region.
- Collaborate with the Global team to translate APAC market intelligence into product and content strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Measures of success will include client feedback, the number of new stakeholder relationships, and overall growth in registrations and microcredential sales.
- Explore executive-level strategic partnership opportunities with associations and major corporations to enhance brand awareness and increase candidate conversion.
- Identify and evaluate potential partners to strengthen the organization's market presence through events, conferences, webinars, and similar initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual value and successful long-term collaboration.
- Measures of success will include event feedback, the number of new strategic partners, and increased conversion of prospective candidates.
- Proven experience in business development with various alternative investment houses with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to build strategic partnerships and navigate diverse corporate environments.
- Strong communication, event management, and relationship-building capabilities across APAC.
